About West Grove, Pennsylvania

West Grove is located within the county of Chester of Pennsylvania in the United States. The borough had a population of 2,854 as of 2010 and it got its name from Friends Meeting House located on Harmony Road. West Grove was divided from the township of London Grove and subsequently transformed into an incorporated borough in 1893. Joseph Pyle was the “Father of West Grove” who was born in the township of Penn. He opened a general store in the brick building which is currently housing a Rite Aid pharmacy.
