The Mustang Shelby is the most powerful car produced by Ford to date, and as such pulls no punches. Those that purchase the GT500 variant will get a V8 engine capable of generating 760 horsepower with the ability to accelerate from zero to sixty in 3.4 seconds, with a maximum top speed of 180 mph.

Both cars are evenly matched when it comes to performance and seating capacity. That being said, the Porsche Taycan offers bigger touch displays and far more driver assistance, which means it does a much better job of protecting its passengers (and nearby pedestrians), and this combined with the Mustang’s gas guzzling engine makes the Taycan the winner.
