I bought my 2013 Cayenne directly from Princeton Porsche in 2013. They have been my dealer from when they were in their old and much smaller building to the present new and most beautiful one. I always thought Ray Catena Auto Group was the best in the business. And they are very good. And, when I first experienced Princeton Porsche I thought of them as a small operation. Boy, was I was wrong. Their building size and number of people really makes no difference when owning a car like a Porsche. It’s all about the people, charisma and service. As great as my Porsche is, the people and their attitude and service make it all come together as a really unique experience. I’ve had Princeton Porsche as my dealer and “go to” for close to five years. I’ve owed 40 great cars in my life and without a doubt this Porsche is the pinnacle of them all. And leading the pack and the face on service is Bret Tokar. Without Bret sheparding the way for me I’d hate to think of how different my experience could be. He has never disappointed me in his promptness and ability to get the job done...and with total graciousness. I have had nothing but the absolute best-of the best from Princeton Porsche and no I’m not related in any way. Just an extremely grateful customer that has a dealer and their people every bit as good as the car. You really do make the Porsche experience a joyful one. Thank you, David Perl

I met a young guy last weekend by the name of Michael Quaglietta.Michael was extremely well educated on your products.Above all he was a honest and very good person to work with. I have never purchased a vehicle from your dealership before,this was my first time with your dealership.I will considering bringing my business back over to you guys very soon.I feel that Michael promotes a very positive image of your dealership. I have owned Porsche's at different times during my life time, and the one thing that I did not like about some of the dealerships I took my car to be serviced at, was the service reps. I believe that in order to have a great customer relationship, every single person at a dealership has to do their job with precision, speed, and accuracy. I met a young guy last weekend by the name of Rich Mahan. After talking with him he told me he was a service rep at your dealership, Rich was extremely well educated on your products and services, and above all he was a very good person to work with. I have never purchased a vehicle from your dealership, or had any of my vehicles serviced there, but if everyone on your staff is as good at their job as Rich, I will considering bringing my business over to you guys very soon. I understand how these surveys work, and I feel that Rich promotes a very positive image of your dealership, when at work and even when not at work. I just wanted to take a couple min out of my day today to give some credit where credit is due. Thank you for your time, and I hope to bring my business to your dealership in the near future.
